Jewelry Care:

Here are some tips to extend the life of the jewelry:

• Maintain the jewelry’s beautiful luster by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, make-up or any harsh cleaning products.
• Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
• To clean or polish, use a soft, dry tissue to gently remove any debris.
• Store your jewelry in the pouch included with your purchase.

 

Warranty Policy:

For 6 months from the date of purchase, we are happy to take care of your product if damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us to assist.

Please email the following to lucasrobert2004@aol.com for next steps:

• Proof of purchase (required)—order number
• Name, email, and order number
• Attach image(s) of damaged item(s)
• A description of your request

Once we have reviewed your request and approved it, you’ll receive a return label to return the damaged item. Once we receive the item, our team will ship the replacement piece, if available.

*Please Note:

This policy does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Lucas Robert Designs

Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of Lucas Robert Designs and/or our from one of our authorized retailers) will not be covered. Please direct your request to the location the items were purchased from.

Due to the nature of our sales, items may sell out very quickly and we will be unable to offer replacements.
