- If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return. We are not able to process any sort of return for items not purchased through our website.
- Returns must be made with 14 days.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
- All returns must have no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For any credit card changes or if the refund is not showing on your statement within 14 days of processing, please contact your bank directly.
- This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
- There will be a $10 charge for return orders.
